Formed in 1994 in association with chefs such
as Emeril LaGasse, Charlie Trotter, Robert Del Grande, Stephan
Pyles, Charlie Palmer, Larry Forgione, Todd English, Jimmy Schmidt,
Roy Yamaguchi, and many others, HVC Chef’s Council has been
serving the needs of food professionals dedicated to using the
highest quality chocolate and chocolate products.
